Algarve Resort. The all-day restaurant with an adjacent bar has an informal setting and is open to the public. The terrace, overlooking the swimming pools is the perfect place for a relaxing afternoon or a romantic dinner on a hot summer night.
During the day, there is a range of light meals available, which extend from breakfast to lunch and afternoon snacks. The menu is backed by a comprehensive wine list.

Whatever the size of the event, all venues are, for us, magnificent. Our professional team will take care of all the logistic; such as; conception of menus, making, presentation, equipment, decoration of the space, service, etc. For a private or business event, as you wish.
Group menus
Sharing flavours in good company is another proposal of the “The Olive Tree”. The restaurant has capacity to receive up to 120 persons on the main dining room, overlooking the gardens of the Resort. The Resort has also a function room with a capacity up to 200 persons. “The Olive Tree”, the perfect place for lunches or dinners on a corporate or just between friends.
Private Cook Chef
Get together in that special dinner with friends or relatives, while you are on Holidays the last thing you want is to worry. “The Olive tree” has a dedicated Private Cook Chef Service; you just need to specify the menu for a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 10 persons (based on Family Suite’s capacity). Our chef takes all the ingredients from the market and goes directly to your suite, where we will prepare everything for you. Take some time for you and your guest.
