What is Yoga?
Yoga balances, harmonises, purifies and strenghens body and mind.
Its postures and breathing exercises increase flexibility and strength. In addition, yoga focuses on the inside too, improving functions such as digestion, detoxification and cleansing.
Which class is for you?
Yin yoga: meditative form of yoga where poses are held for 3-5 minutes.
Hatha yoga: for people with prior yoga experience.
Gentle yoga: less intense than the standard Hatha yoga, also for people with prior yoga experience.
Group classes: € 10,00 per person | maximum of 8 participants | we recommend the use of comfortable clothes.
Private classes up to 2 people: € 45,00 per hour.
Loyalty card: get 11, pay 10.
Special offer for residents with prior yoga experience: 3 classes for € 15,00.
